Shop And Ship is mainly product-based and works with a repurchasing plan.
1. Shop And Ship Distributor Joining
Joining as a Shop And Ship Distributor requires the individual to be 18+ years old. No registration fee is required.
A candidate referred by an existing Shop And Ship Distributor must provide the referral ID and fill the joining details. After accepting the Terms & Conditions, the candidate becomes a Distributor.
After signup, the Distributor will receive an ID and password to start purchasing products and sponsoring others.
Commissions are optional. To earn commissions, the Distributor must work under the company’s business plan.
KYC details (Aadhar, PAN, Bank details) must be uploaded to receive income.
Commissions will be transferred after deductions: 5% Admin + 5% TDS (20% TDS if PAN is not submitted).
Distributors must attend mandatory meetings and seminars to understand Shop And Ship products, business plan, and sales.
Products can be purchased:
From company branches with invoice.
Through the distributor portal at shreelabhenterprises.in or the official Android app.
To continue receiving sales commissions, at least one product must be purchased monthly.
Termination of Shop And Ship Distributor
Shop And Ship may terminate a distributorship if the Distributor is found:
Providing false information about Shop And Ship.
Violating the Code of Conduct.
Causing disputes or damaging company reputation, products, or property.
Engaging in activities unrelated to the company’s plan or policy.
Misusing company name, ID cards, or products.
In such cases, the company reserves the right to legally punish or block IDs without prior notice.
Declaration
I confirm that I have read, understood, and accepted the Shop And Ship Code of Conduct, Business Plan, Working Policy, Earning Policy, and Terms & Conditions.
I understand that distributorship is non-transferable and agree to TDS deductions as per law.
I confirm that all details provided are accurate to the best of my knowledge and accept that the company may update Terms & Conditions from time to time.
